Job Summary
Engage customers with a welcoming approach to create positive shopping experiences, assess needs for personalized recommendations, and contribute to achieving individual and store sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized sales floor while assisting with merchandising, replenishment, and fitting room support during busy periods. Stock inventory, organize backroom tasks, and follow store policies to ensure efficient operations. Work collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment, utilizing product knowledge to confidently explain features and cross-sell additional products. This part-time role offers 5+ hours weekly with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays, providing access to a 50-75% employee discount, PTO, and training opportunities within a high-energy retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Apple products and G-suite, Omni-channel POS systems
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends and/or holidays
- High school degree
