Job Summary
Sales Associate responsible for supporting customer and stockist engagement, end-to-end order management and fulfilment, inventory coordination, and sales operations using Apparel Magic. Supports retail activations, pop-ups, and fulfilment activities to drive sales performance and brand visibility. Responsibilities include managing stockist and customer interactions, processing orders from confirmation to delivery, coordinating with Logistics for timely deliveries, maintaining accurate sales/inventory records, preparing sales reports, assisting in retail events, and ensuring proper tagging/organization of inventory for pop-ups across multiple locations. Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3–5 years in sales/retail operations; experience in fashion/beauty/luxury brands is a plus, with proficiency in Apparel Magic or similar ERP systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, HND, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ relevant experience in sales, retail operations, customer service, or a related field
- Experience in fashion, beauty, retail, or luxury brands is an added advantage
- Proficiency in inventory or ERP systems such as Apparel Magic is preferred
