Job Summary
Circulate the sales floor to determine customer needs, share Loyalty program benefits, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. Drive sales with in-store and online clients by embracing technology and processing register transactions. Participate in merchandising and operational requirements, including floor and fitting room upkeep, while leveraging the store's fulfillment system. Maintain merchandise to sell standards and deliver a seamless, fun experience across channels. Requires a high school diploma, ability to read instructional documents, and flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Involves prolonged standing, lifting up to 25 lbs, and frequent use of handheld equipment and computers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays
- Color vision
- Ability to process register transactions
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 25lbs
