Job Summary
Manage daily retail operations by educating and guiding both new and current customers with exceptional service while maintaining a results-driven approach. Handle cash transactions and utilize the POS system to process sales, ensuring a patient resolution to any customer complaints. Balance team collaboration with individual performance to support the store's growth objectives. Flexible working hours are available for this position within our expanding Edmonton network.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales advisor or another customer service/sales role
- Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with customer complaints
