Job Summary
Greet customers, sell products, and provide exceptional service across the sales floor while maintaining deep product knowledge. Deliver high-quality services including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and shines to ensure a premium experience. Support the team by receiving shipments, tracking transit information, and preparing product for floor placement. Maintain an efficient stockroom, lead restocking processes, and assist with cycle counts and loss prevention. Perform building facility maintenance and participate in ongoing staff education. Available for 15-20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
