Job Summary
Tecovas Sales Associate - Tucson La Encantada role focused on delivering exceptional customer service on the sales floor, greeting customers, selling Tecovas Western footwear and related products, and maintaining store presentation. Responsibilities include product knowledge demonstrations (branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, boot shines), assisting with receiving shipments and floor placement, communicating in-transit shipment information to leadership, maintaining an organized stockroom, supporting restock processes, aiding loss-prevention through cycle counts and transfers, sharing product knowledge with the team, and helping with store facilities. Requires strong selling skills, organizational detail, reliability, and the ability to work 15-20 hours/week, including weekends; compensation is hourly at $15.45 with potential incentives, and benefits such as employee discounts and opportunities for growth. Location is Tucson, AZ.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Able to stand/walk for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 30lbs
- Reliable commute to work location
- Availability to work 15-20 hours per week
- Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed
