Job Summary
Greet customers, sell Tecovas footwear, and deliver product services including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and shines. Support the sales floor with cash wrap, restocking, and shopkeeping while maintaining an organized stockroom. Receive shipments, prepare product for placement, and track transit information to leadership. Perform cycle counts, transfers, and facility maintenance. Participate in staff education and share product knowledge. Work 15-20 hours per week, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
