Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service and selling in a Tecovas retail environment for first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts; greet customers, sell, demonstrate product knowledge, manage cash wrap, restock and maintain stockroom, and support store leadership in creating an unmatched customer experience. Responsibilities include stocking, receiving shipments, tracking in-transit shipments, cycle counts, loss prevention awareness, staff education, and general store upkeep. Requires High School Diploma, must be at least 18, able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 30lbs, commute to the Salt Lake City, UT location, and be available 15-20 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Part-time position starting at $15 per hour with incentives and benefits; opportunities for growth and team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
