Job Summary
Greet customers, sell products, and demonstrate product knowledge including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and boot shines. Support the sales floor by greeting clients, managing cash wrap, restocking, and overall shopkeeping. Receive shipments, prepare product for floor placement, and track in transit shipment information to leadership. Maintain an efficient stockroom, lead restock processes, and assist with cycle counts and transfers. Assist in building facility maintenance and participate in staff education. Work 15-20 hours per week, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
