Job Summary
Tecovas seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an unmatched customer experience on the sales floor, greeting customers, selling products, providing product knowledge, handling cash wrap, restocking, and keeping the store organized. Responsibilities include maintaining stockrooms, coordinating shipments, communicating in-transit information to leadership, assisting in loss-prevention tasks, leading stock replenishment, sharing product knowledge through staff education, and supporting facility maintenance. Ideal candidates possess exceptional selling skills, strong organizational abilities, a proactive, results-driven work ethic, integrity, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a part-time role at the Nashville, TN store.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory.
