Job Summary
Greet customers, sell products, and provide exceptional service across the sales floor, including branding, debossing, boot stretching, brim shaping, and shines. Support the team with receiving shipments, preparing products for placement, tracking transit information, and maintaining an organized stockroom. Lead restocking processes to maintain inventory levels, assist with cycle counts and transfers for loss prevention, and share product knowledge during staff education. Maintain building facilities and demonstrate loss prevention awareness. Available to work 15-20 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Continually able to stand/walk for extended periods of time, and be able to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel as you organize and stock inventory
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service
- Able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Must be able to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), evenings and holidays as needed
