Job Summary
The Sales Associate serves as the front-line ambassador for Coach in a luxury retail setting in Portsmouth, delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience, meeting personal and store sales goals, and supporting daily store operations. Responsibilities include building client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice, driving sales via cross-selling and upselling, utilizing POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, developing and executing personal sales plans to meet KPIs, sourcing new customers and following up to close sales, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory processes. The role also involves participating in brand initiatives, training programs, and inclusion activities, fostering a collaborative team environment, and adhering to policies for POS, asset protection, cash handling, replenishment, visual merchandising, and daily operational tasks. Key skills include luxury retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, POS proficiency, clienteling, social/media Savvy, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and strong English communication; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. The base pay referenced in the posting is provided for UK part-time roles and is pro-rated based on contracted hours.
Required Qualifications
