Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate for Coach at Tapestry, you will be the front-line ambassador delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience while meeting personal and store sales goals and supporting daily store operations. You will build lasting client relationships through fashion expertise, cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and leverage tools like mobile POS and clienteling to drive brand loyalty. You will execute personal sales plans, participate in brand initiatives and training, assist with inventory movement and visual merchandising, and maintain a high-energy, collaborative environment on the floor. You should bring at least 1+ year of sales experience (luxury retail preferred), comfort with POS systems, strong English proficiency, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to lift up to 50 lb as needed. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, data capture for repeat business, and contributing to KPIs in a flexible, hospitality-driven luxury retail setting.
