Job Summary
Represent the SweatHouz brand with professionalism while delivering exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. Drive membership and package sales through customer education, manage phone inquiries and appointment bookings via MindBody, and handle front desk operations including check-ins and payment processing. Maintain a clean studio environment by managing sauna suite turnover and laundry, while executing opening and closing procedures and supporting studio events and guest retention efforts. Requires AED/Adult CPR certification and ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, or fitness
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wellness and helping others feel their best
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- AED/Adult CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MindBody or similar POS/CRM system is a plus
