Job Summary
The Sales Associate at SweatHouz Infrared Sauna Studio will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include communicating the SweatHouz brand, driving membership and package sales, handling phone inquiries and bookings, supporting front desk operations, and maintaining a clean studio space. Candidates should have over 2 years of customer-facing or sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for wellness. An AED/Adult CPR Certification is required or must be obtained.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service or sales experience
- 1+ year in hospitality, wellness, or fitness preferred
- AED/Adult CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MindBody or similar POS/CRM system
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
