Job Summary
Manage the Sunwapta retail location by educating and guiding new and current customers with exceptional service while maintaining a results-driven approach. Handle cash transactions and utilize the POS system to process sales, balancing guest-oriented interactions with operational targets. Address guest complaints with patience and maintain store standards across our expanding network of 40 retail operations. Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales advisor or in another guest service/sales role
- Experience in handling cash and utilizing POS system
- Able to balance a customer-oriented and a results-driven approach
- Patient and comfortable dealing with guest complaints
