Job Summary
Sales Associate at Studs in San Diego leads with energy, product knowledge, and service excellence to deliver a welcoming customer experience. You’ll educate customers on the Studs experience and piercing services, act as a brand ambassador, assist with studio operations (appointments, POS, inventory), and support a fast-paced, collaborative team while upholding studio protocols and brand standards. The role emphasizes customer interaction, teamwork, learning, and contributing to a positive, inclusive studio environment.”
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule of varying days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have availability to work at least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week
- Reliably attend work as scheduled for up to 29 hours per week
- Comfortable standing for extended periods (up to 8+ hours)
- able to lift/move at least 20 lbs
- Able to handle chemicals safely and follow all safety protocols
- Brings energy, curiosity, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environment
- Receives feedback openly and contributes to a supportive, inclusive team culture
