Job Summary
Sales Associate at StretchLab Shelton will introduce clients to StretchLab’s wellness services, conduct studio tours, manage front desk operations, schedule and follow up on introductory stretch sessions, and drive membership sales while maintaining a high-energy, inclusive studio atmosphere. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to meet membership sales goals, organizational detail-orientation, reliability, and a passion for fitness and holistic wellness. Opportunities for career growth into studio leadership or fitness management are provided. The position is available in both part-time and full-time schedules with compensation of $18–$20/hour plus commission.
