Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering and leaving the store while providing friendly, courteous service using professional selling techniques. Maintain a neat, clean work area with all merchandise properly displayed, including scanning products to ensure correct placement and checking for mismatches in the boot department. Support management with price changes, leveling, display resets, and visual standards to uphold store presentation. Maximize selling opportunities by staying knowledgeable on all product lines, latest western wear trends, and current sale promotions. Respond to customer inquiries regarding fit, workmanship, and inventory, and assist with product returns and exchanges. Work with supervisors to meet company goals and contest objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Job requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift
- Ability to comprehend basic instructions
- Ability to interpret documents
- Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond
