Job Summary
Greet and thank every customer entering and leaving the store while providing friendly, courteous service using professional selling techniques. Maintain a neat, clean work area and ensure all merchandise is properly displayed, scanned, and correctly stocked. Support management with price changes, leveling, display resets, and visual standards. Maximize selling opportunities by staying updated on fashion trends, sale promotions, and product knowledge regarding fit, workmanship, and inventory. Work with supervisors to meet company goals and contest targets. Scan products to ensure correct placement and check for mismatches in the boot department. Handle customer returns and exchanges with knowledgeable responses to inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Job requires associate to raise or lower objects from one level to another regularly during shift
- Ability to comprehend basic instructions
- Ability to interpret documents
- Ability to apply abstract principles to a wide range of complex tasks
- Ability to understand the meanings of words and effectively respond
