Job Summary
Delivers an engaging, positive customer experience by focusing on full-price selling, handling escalated issues in compliance with policy, and executing visual directives to maintain store standards. Actively participates in store contests and events while supporting leadership in achieving sales and operational goals, including digital sales strategies like ship-from-store and BOPIS. Upholds company policies, Loss Prevention protocols, and safety procedures while sharing customer feedback to improve the overall experience. Works part-time 20–40 hours per week, with flexibility to cover weekends, nights, and peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
- Ability to frequently sit/stand for long periods of time
- Ability to climb ladders as needed
- Ability to regularly talk or hear
- Ability to frequently sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; as well as reach, twist or squat
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stockroom and office areas
- Specific vision abilities including close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work in open environment with fluctuating temperatures and standard lighting
- Ability to work a range between 20-40 hours per week
- Ability to work weekends
- Ability to work nights
- Ability to work peak holiday periods
