Job Summary
Sales Associate at Staten Island Mall responsible for generating sales through passion for product, brands, and fashion while delivering an authentic customer experience. Duties include executing initiatives from leadership, maintaining store visual standards, supporting loss prevention, complying with policies, assisting with digital sales strategies (ship from store, BOPIS), and contributing to team and store goals. Must demonstrate strong communication, time management, math and computer skills, and a willingness to learn product and trends; part-time hours with flexibility including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Effective written, verbal and presentation skills
