Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies, and set margin goals with store leaders. Engage customers with tailored products, handle POS transactions including shipping, and de-escalate complex situations. Uphold operational excellence by maintaining merchandising standards, stocking planograms, and ensuring a clean, safe environment aligned with Health & Safety and Privacy policies. Requires 3 months to 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills. You will receive an associate discount, flexible benefit plans, and access to learning and development programs.
