Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers, selling furniture, technology, and supplies, and achieving sales and margin goals. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale system, including shipping and marketing tools, while maintaining Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies. Support merchandising standards through planograms, stocking, and keeping the store environment clean and safe. De-escalate complex customer situations or refer concerns to management as needed. Prior retail experience and strong communication skills are required.
