Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers to sell furniture, technology, and supplies while setting and achieving sales and margin goals. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale system, manage planograms and stocking to uphold merchandising standards, and maintain a clean, safe environment through daily tasks like dusting and demo unit checks. Calmly de-escalate complex customer situations or refer concerns to management as needed. This role requires three to twelve months of prior retail experience and strong communication skills.
