Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas while setting and achieving sales and margin goals. Engage customers with tailored products and services, handle transactions using the Point of Sale system including shipping and marketing tools, and calmly de-escalate complex situations. Ensure operational excellence by upholding brand standards, maintaining merchandising and signage including planograms, and keeping the store clean and safe. Maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. Requires 3 to 12 months of retail experience and strong communication skills.

- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
