Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas. Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders by engaging customers with tailored products and services. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale system, including shipping and marketing tools, and calmly de-escalate complex customer situations. Ensure operational excellence by maintaining merchandising standards, stocking, and keeping the store environment clean and safe. Uphold Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. This role offers an associate discount, flexible benefit plans, and group RRSP programs.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience (preferred)
