Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas while setting and achieving sales and margin goals with store leaders. Engage with customers using tailored products and services, handle transactions via the Point of Sale system, and calmly de-escalate complex situations. Maintain operational excellence by upholding brand standards, supporting merchandising and signage, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment in compliance with Health & Safety and Privacy Policies. This role requires 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience and strong communication skills within a collaborative team.
