Job Summary
Sales Associate in Midland, ON store responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales across furniture, technology and supplies, achieving sales and margin goals with store leaders, maintaining merchandising and signage (planograms), and upholding Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies. Responsibilities include engaging with customers using the selling model to anticipate and meet needs, handling POS transactions including shipping, de-escalating complex customer situations, and keeping the store environment clean and safe. Requires 3 months to 1 year of retail experience (preferred), strong customer service and communication skills, and teamwork. Benefits include associate discounts and development programs.
