Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with shoppers to sell furniture, technology, and supplies while setting and achieving sales and margin goals. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale system, manage planograms and stocking, and maintain a clean store environment through dusting and demo unit checks. Calmly de-escalate complex customer situations and uphold Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies. This role requires 3 to 12 months of prior retail experience and strong communication skills. You will work collaboratively within a team, earning an associate discount and participating in flexible benefit plans, group RRSP, and learning and development programs.
