Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas. Set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders, engaging customers with tailored products and services. Handle transactions using the Point of Sale system, including shipping and marketing tools to convert customers. Maintain operational excellence by upholding brand standards, managing merchandising, planograms, and stocking. Ensure Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies are followed, while calming complex situations and maintaining a clean store environment. Requires 3 months to 1 year of prior retail experience.
