Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas, and set/store margin goals with store leaders. Engage customers with tailored products, handle POS transactions including shipping, and de-escalate complex situations. Uphold operational excellence, brand standards, and merchandising requirements like planograms and stocking while maintaining Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy policies. Maintain a clean store environment through dusting and demo unit checks. Requires 3 months to 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills.
