Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas while setting and achieving margin goals. Engage with customers to anticipate future needs, handle POS transactions including shipping, and de-escalate complex situations. Uphold operational excellence by maintaining merchandising standards, stocking planograms, and ensuring a clean, safe environment compliant with health and safety policies. Work collaboratively in a team setting to convert customers and meet store brand standards.
