Job Summary
The Sales Associate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies, and set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to offer tailored products and maintaining operational excellence while upholding store brand standards. The role requires handling transactions through the POS system and assisting in de-escalating complex customer situations. A clean and safe store environment must be maintained. Preferred qualifications include 3 months to 1 year of retail experience and strong communication skills.
