Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales across furniture, technology, and supplies areas while setting and achieving margin goals. Engage customers with tailored product recommendations, process transactions using the POS system, and de-escalate complex situations to ensure satisfaction. Uphold operational excellence by maintaining merchandising standards, stocking planograms, and ensuring a clean, safe environment aligned with Health & Safety policies.
