Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales in furniture, technology, and supplies areas, and set store-level goals. Engage customers with tailored products using the selling model, handle POS transactions including shipping, and de-escalate complex situations. Uphold operational excellence by maintaining merchandising standards, stocking planograms, and ensuring a clean, safe environment while adhering to health, safety, and privacy policies. Requires 3–12 months of retail experience and strong communication skills. Includes associate discount, flexible benefits, and recognition programs.
