Job Summary
Sales Associate role focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales in furniture, technology, and supplies. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to tailor products and services, processing transactions via POS, maintaining store standards and merchandising (planograms, stocking), upholding health and safety and privacy policies, and de-escalating complex customer situations. Key duties also involve achieving sales and margin goals with store leadership, ensuring a clean, safe store environment, and supporting signage and branding efforts. Requires strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills; retail experience preferred (3 months to 1 year).
Required Qualifications
