Sales Associate

Sales Associate responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales in the furniture, technology and supplies areas of the store, setting and achieving sales and margin goals with store leaders, and upholding brand standards. Responsibilities include supporting merchandising and signage (planograms and stocking), maintaining store health and safety, asset protection, and privacy policies; engaging with customers to offer tailored products and services using all tools available in the selling model; handling POS transactions including shipping; de-escalating complex customer situations or referring to a manager; maintaining a clean, safe store environment and assisting with product demos. 3 months to 1 year of retail experience preferred; strong communication and teamwork skills.
