Job Summary
Sales Associate role providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in furniture, technology, and supplies. Responsible for achieving sales and margin goals with store leaders, upholding store brand standards, supporting merchandising/signage standards, maintaining health and safety and asset protection policies, and delivering a clean, safe store environment. Responsibilities include engaging with customers to tailor product solutions using selling tools, processing transactions via POS (including shipping and marketing tools), de-escalating complex customer issues, and maintaining/demo units. Ideal candidates have 3 months to 1 year of retail experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
