Sales Associate

Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance customer engagement; drive sales in the furniture, technology and supplies areas of the store; set and achieve sales and margin goals with store leaders; ensure operational excellence and uphold store brand standards; support all merchandising and signage standards including planograms and stocking; maintain Health & Safety, Asset Protection, and Privacy Policies; engage with and sell to all customers using all tools and techniques to anticipate and meet future needs; handle POS transactions including shipping; calmly de-escalate and assist in complex customer situations or refer to a manager; maintain a clean and safe store environment through tasks like dusting and ensuring demo units are clean and functional; requires 3 months to 1 year of retail experience (preferred); emphasizes strong customer service and communication, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
