Job Summary
Greet customers, determine their needs, and recommend merchandise while advising on product utilization and care. Answer customer questions promptly, handle complaints professionally, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Stock and recover merchandise, operate pallet jacks and forklifts as needed, and ensure proper signage is in place. Use a computer to check prices and inventories, assist with inventory preparation, and create special orders. Maintain safety awareness throughout the store and bring in carts from outside. This part-time role requires a flexible schedule and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds daily.
