Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Minimum age requirement is 16. Physical demands include climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00. Benefits include Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program.
