Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Perform general housekeeping, fixture setup, and sign hanging. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for eight hours. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, with eligible premium pay for set-up/tear-down and end-of-season programs.
