Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, pricing, and POS operations, alongside general housekeeping and loss prevention efforts. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. The position is open to candidates aged 16 and older. As part of the Spirit Halloween brand, you will contribute to the seasonal retail experience.
