Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of the store. Maintain Guest Services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. The minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, with premium pay available for set-up, tear-down, and end-of-season activities.
