Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain guest services standards while driving sales through sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations, and loss prevention. Perform duties requiring climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $17.13 to $17.38, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Washington Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program.
