Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, pricing, and POS operations alongside general housekeeping and loss prevention efforts. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. The minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, with premium pay programs available for setup/teardown and end-of-season contributions.
