Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, pricing, and POS operations alongside general housekeeping and loss prevention efforts. This consignment role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and 8 hours of standing or walking. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Note that Spirit Halloween is not the employer; the independent consignment operator handles all employment, benefits, and wages.
