Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team in seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown while maintaining Guest Services per Company Standards. Generate sales through sign waving, POS operations, pricing, and merchandising, alongside general housekeeping and loss prevention. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for 8 hours. The minimum age requirement is 16. Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25, dependent on qualifications and experience. Benefits include Maryland Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay.
