Job Summary
Support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown. Maintain guest services standards while driving sales through sign waving, pricing, and POS operations. Perform general housekeeping and loss prevention activities. This role requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing or walking for eight hours. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. Hourly pay ranges from $11.80 to $12.00, with premium pay available for set-up, tear-down, and end-of-season tasks.
